At what time can I arrive?
The reception desk is open every day from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Rooms are available after 3:00 PM.
At what time must we leave the room?
By 11:30 AM please.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
It all depends on the circumstances. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, nothing happens and your reservation is simply cancelled. If you cancel the day of your intended arrival, the first night will be charged to your bankcard.
Payment is made that evening, upon delivery of keys or after dinner.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay your bill with: cash, cheque, traveller’s cheque, a Logis gift certificate, Visa, Carte Bleu, MasterCard, or American Express.
May I eat food in the room?
As long as your food does not leave a smell, and you don’t make any noise or cause any damage to the room, then you are welcome to enjoy a sandwich and a drink in your room.
May I smoke in my room?
No, the hotel is completely non-smoking, which includes the breakfast area, common areas, the reception desk and the rooms.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes! It is open from 12:00 noon to 1:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM. We can also give you recommendations for a wide range of restaurants that are close to our hotel so you can discover the area.
What kind of breakfast do you serve?
It’s a buffet-style breakfast, with hot drinks, pastries, bread, fruit, compote, cottage cheese, cheese, dairy products and cereal. It is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, except from October through April when it is served beginning at 8:00 AM on weekends and holidays.
Is your hotel noisy?
The hotel itself is not noisy as there are no rooms facing the road. All the windows are soundproof and double glazed, and they face the garden or the swimming pool.
Are families welcome at your hotel?
Yes, of course! We have several rooms that can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people. We can provide you with a baby bed (for children less than 18 months old) and a high chair in the breakfast area and restaurant.
Can you accommodate people with limited mobility?
Yes, there are rooms on the ground floor with a shower, but no rooms are labelled as such.
